Does anybody know the title of the security guard in a magistrates court UK?
Hi I’m researching for a film and I’m trying to find the job title of the person/people that act as security in a magistrates court. I’m assuming they are the same people who take the offenders away after sentencing?
They are indeed just security officers, generally “group 4″ or “Securicor”,they actually collect prisoners from the prisons early in the morning and escort them to court, hold them throughout the day and escort them back to prison if need be,if a prisoner is attending court straight from the police station the police will generally hand the offender over to the security guards early in the morning in the court cells.

The Bodyguard: Original Soundtrack Album
$5.14
At the time of its release, this was the watershed for soundtracks, selling a kazillion copies. It documents Whitney Houston’s character in the Kevin Costner movie, which required Houston to play only herself (although one hopes she wouldn’t end up with someone as smarmy as Costner). The album is as much a testament to the production of Babyface who, through the mid-1990s, actually was the mainstr…

It’s set in Los Angeles, where dedicated cop Hank (Steve Zahn) does jail time for …

The Lord of the Rings (1978 Animated Movie) [Blu-ray]
$13.96
Although it was ultimately overshadowed by Peter Jackson’s live-action Lord of the Rings trilogy, Ralph Bakshi’s animated adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien’s fantasy classic is not without charms of its own. A target of derision from intolerant fans, this ambitious production is nevertheless a respectably loyal attempt to animate the first half of Tolkien’s trilogy, beginning with the hobbit Frodo…
